WHAT DO YOU LISTEN TO WHEN YOU WORK OUT OR YOU DON’T?

It depends. I never listen to music while boxing. My trainer wouldn’t let me anyway. When I run, sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. For sprint intervals, I love music with high energy, something that feels a bit over the top. It really helps push me forward.

For longer, calmer runs, especially through the woods, I often skip music completely. Just silence and nature. It’s my way to switch off from everything, especially since music is my everyday world.

DO YOU HAVE A PLAYLIST WHEN YOU WORK OUT?

Yes. I have a playlist on Spotify called - Strictly Vibes. It’s full of my favourite tracks from different genres. That’s usually my running soundtrack. Sometimes I’ll just play one of those classic running playlists that feel a bit cliché but somehow do the job perfectly.
