WHAT ARE YOU READING AT THE MOMENT?
I’m slowly making my way through The Spy Who Came in from the Cold by John le Carré and Endure by Alex Hutchinson.
WHAT ARE YOUR BIGGEST FEARS RIGHT NOW OR IN GENERAL?
I grew up with anxiety disorders. It was debilitating at the time, but as I struggled through it and eventually learned how to control and overcome it, I developed into someone who’s often unfazed by whatever fear or emotional difficulty is in front of them. I still feel challenged in those moments, but the fight-or-flight response that triggers feelings of fear and dread doesn’t feel so daunting or insurmountable anymore. Sometimes I even embrace it, depending on the situation. To answer the question, though, my fears range from something minor, like picking up a running injury, to something life-altering, like the loss of a loved one.
