WHATS YOUR OCCUPATION ADAM?

I'm a photographer.  I shoot primarily fashion, but am slowly trying to move a bit away from it.

WHAT DO YOU DO TO WORK OUT?

I bicycle, run, and climb (bouldering).  I would say cycling fills up most of my time, and running happens in the off-season or when time does not allow for long rides.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU WORK OUT IN A WEEK?

5-6 days a week when it's not Fashion Week.
